The room was reasonably spacious and the location - fantastic. Staff was incredibly nice, helped with everything. Served breakfast with the best view, everything was different. The building was new.

Manager of hotel nice, helpful, talkative and funny. Big room with an amazing view (according to trip advisor this is not the case with all rooms) Right in town close to everything. Charming decor that fits with the location.
It's above a busy and popular restaurant so it can be noisy, but we felt that was part of the fun and we were prepared for this as it was mentioned in reviews we had read.

The room was spacious, the bed comfy. The place was charming and in a great location. Price was pretty good as well considering the size of room and the fact we went on the long weekend. The employees were nice.
Check in only between 4 pm and 8 pm - what if you are late? Check out only after 9:30 am (when the employees open registration) until 10 am. We wanted to leave at 8:30 am but had to stick around for another hour. Also, looked like there was a teeny spot of blood on the sheets. There was also a little mould in the shower - not much - but enough. I am beginning to find at 'Mediterranean' hotels that top-notch cleanliness is not the norm, so I was cool to let it slide.

We told the staff the arrival time and it's a surprise she found us immediately when we took off the ferry from Venezia to Rovinj. The location is good if you want to stay in the old town. The resturant Skuba she recomment is very delicious and you must give it a try. The room is clean and lovely.

A room in a stone house. In the 3 nights in the room they have only come once to change the towels and nothing else was touched. The room was nice with a good outlook to the bay, however the noise was almost unbearable, the music was continues until 2am every night.

It is a magical place in the historic center of Rovinj. We had apartment with terrace and cuisine right, it was stylish device.
This accommodation is not for peaceful and quiet holiday.

Our apartment had excellent location in the centre by the sra.
Porta Antica listed as hotel, no hotel exists but at 5 different locations in Rovinj there are rooms & appartments but standard not good. Breakfast served at hotel nearby.

The staff was very accommodating. We had to arrive late due to travel complications from another city in Croatia. They kept the office open for us to check in and were very gracious about our late arrival.

Fantastic location right at the harbour with a view to match. Hotel manager was very friendly. But you have to haul your own luggage up the stairs as there is no lift nor assistance.
